Thank you for choosing Bansal NutriTales! All our products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and maximum nutrition. Please read our shipping guidelines before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Since our products are freshly prepared, slight delays may occur during high-demand periods or festival seasons.

You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timeline

We ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Tier 3 & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on courier service availability, weather, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping above a certain order value during campaigns or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to get updated.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, repeated failed attempts, or unavailability at delivery time, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipment charges.

6. No Returns on Edible Products

Since all our items are perishable and freshly made, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Quality Issue Claims

Although we do not accept returns, we do replace or refund in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Quality issues detected on arrival

To raise a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of:

  • The product

  • The outer box

  • The shipping label

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
