Return & Refund Policy – Bansal NutriTales

At Bansal NutriTales, we take great pride in crafting fresh, homemade, and high-quality edible products. Since our items are perishable, we follow a strict and transparent return and refund policy to ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers.


1. No Returns on Edible Products

As all our products are perishable and made fresh in small batches, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.


2. Replacement/Refund Eligibility

You may request a replacement or refund ONLY under the following circumstances:

Product received is damaged

If the item is crushed, spilled, or packaging is broken upon arrival.

Wrong product delivered

If the product you received is different from what you ordered.

Quality issues

If the product is stale, spoiled, or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery.

Proof is mandatory for all claims.
Please share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Conditions for Approval

To process your request, the following must be provided:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images/videos of the issue

  • Unopened or partially opened product (depending on issue)

  • Complaint raised within 24 hours of delivery

After verification, we will approve:

  • Replacement of the product, OR

  • Full/partial refund, depending on the case

The final decision rests with Bansal NutriTales after reviewing the evidence.


4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds/replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Taste preference (as all flavors are natural and handmade)

  • Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address

  • Products stored improperly after delivery

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery


5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, only if the product has not yet been dispatched.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
